The health check is performed online or upon request at an additional cost on site, by one of our own professionals possibly in collaboration with a product specialist from ManageEngine. Depending on the products used, we can connect directly with the experts of the various product lines.
So this service actually gives you access to the developers of the products you rely on every day. Only in this way can we guarantee that you get the best possible advice.

All products from ManageEngine

The health check can be performed for all ManageEngine products. Because we have direct access to the product teams within ManageEngine, we can truly analyze and advise on all products.
However, consulting is not limited to ManageEngine products we can also assist and with integrations. After all, we are also subject and industry experts. Feel free to submit to us any questions related to IT tools, whether they were provided by us.

Phasing of the health check:

We believe that a health check should offer demonstrable added value and be a minimum burden on your organization. That is why we have provided this service with a phased approach.
Three steps: inventory, analysis and, if necessary and desired, implementation.
Step 1:
Health check
Approximately 1 half-day session
We perform the health check remotely or at added value on location. Here we collect information about your configuration(s) and settings, among other things.
It is in this step where we also collect your questions.
Quickwins and answers we try to give you right away, but that is not always possible.
Step 2:
Analysis and Reporting
The information from the health check is gene analyzed in this second step.
In this analysis, we look at the findings from the health check with ManageEngine's product experts.
The result is a report. This is input for step 3.
Step 3:
Implementation
Optional
The report from step 2 will answer all your questions and, when necessary, provide advice on using ManageEngine products.
Based on the reporting, you can bring out the best in the products yourself....
If desired, we can support you in this process. We will inform you about this in the report.

Price and content of the check

The health check, is offered to you by CBA IT Tools in collaboration with its partner ManageEngine and our resellers.

The (online) health check consists of one half-day consultancy.

During the heath check, we do the inventory and you have the opportunity to ask questions of the consultant. If possible, they will provide immediate advice and answer questions, but usually an advisory report follows.

Prior to the health check, we will schedule an appointment with you and inform you of the desired preparations to ensure the best possible visit.

The price for the health check is normally €1400. We can now offer it temporarily for €245. 

This price applies to the health check and subsequent advisory report. If our support is requested during the implementation, this will be carried out at subsequent costing. We will of course inform you in advance.

If you purchase our products through a reseller, we will include and inform them in this process.
